  Two headline builds on Odoo 19. First, ZATCA-compliant bilingual tax invoices — Arabic and English, with the regulatory QR code — covering both customer invoices and vendor bills. Second, a WhatsApp connector that fires messages straight from partner, sales, invoice, purchase and CRM records via a self-hosted Node.js sidecar, with QR session pairing, reusable templates, and webhook callbacks for delivery status. Rounded out with automatic reconciliation of a customer’s outstanding invoices on payment (oldest first), an Arabic balance-confirmation letter, and a product-profit report.

  The reporting spine a distribution business runs on. A freshness report flags stock by remaining shelf life before it expires on the shelf; a route-productivity report scores each delivery route; and a cash-due report weighs every route’s credit limit against live outstanding exposure, so sales stop before a customer goes over the line. Customer-aging and product-level billing sit on top — Excel export throughout — and the invoice, purchase, sales and stock-return flows were reshaped to feed them.

  Owned the purchasing and reporting stack end to end: branch-level purchase reports, daily and per-item purchase breakdowns, item-movement tracking, and a collection report — with invoicing, HR and point-of-sale customised around them so the numbers all reconcile back to one source.
